Do all 6 exercises within two-week period. Workout-Rest-Workout… The exercises get tougher with each passing day.

DAY 2 – 1M6
4 moves / 4 rounds / 30 sec work / 30 sec rest.
Do the move for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds and then move onto the next maneuver. Do 4 rounds of the whole series


1. Knees to chest in push-up position
2. Sumo steps
3. Side crunch
4. 1/2 Burpee
