EMOM 10 minutes 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.
At the top of each minute do the first moves repetitions and then the second maneuvers hold during the remainder of the minute.
1. Spring jump
2. Bent hollow body hold
Round 1= 10 x Spring jump + Hollow body hold.
Round 2= 9 x Spring jump + Hollow body hold.
Round 3 = 8 x Spring jump + Hollow body hold
and so on.
