Description

AMRAP Duration: 480 seconds ( 08:00 min ).

Do as many rounds or repetitions as you can in 8 minutes. Start the round again when you have finished the last maneuver.

1. 3 x Wall climb
2. 6 x  Push-ups on rings (if available else Push-up)
3. 9 x sit up
4. 12 x split squat (6 reps on each leg)
