With the Front Lever + V-sit program you will get strong abs! It’s easy to understand that strong abs are the basis for all types of training.
The first and very important progression maneuver on the way to the Front Lever is the Hollow Body Rock. Many aspire to learn the L-sit maneuver on their way to learning the V-sit. Strong abs is key in being able to perform all of these maneuvers. Along with strength maneuvers, the Front Lever + V-sit training program also focuses on Bridge maneuvers and glute mobility.

The workout program lasts for 2 months. You can purchase more workout time for only 7-8$ for each additional month, depending on how much additional time you need.
